This assessment is based on the latest iteration of the WPPL Assessment Framework. The WPPL Assessment Framework aims to identify key barriers and opportunities to advancing WPPL that exist at the individual, socio-cultural, and structural levels within focus countries. The findings of this assessment are intended to guide program strategies, activity design, and allocation of resources aimed at advancing WPPL in Honduras. The assessment’s findings are derived from a desk review of relevant literature, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions with politicians, civil society, and media, conducted in Tegucigalpa, Tocoa, and La Ceiba.
