The WPPL Framework Workbook is the companion document to the Women's Political Participation and Leadership Assessment Framework. This workbook provides a set of tools, methodologies, and guidelines to assist researchers in mapping the current state of WPPL, identifying barriers and opportunities, and offering country-specific recommendations. It includes templates and guidance for conducting key informant interviews (KIIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and desk reviews, along with research guidance on preparing strategies, sequencing research tools, and analyzing data. The document is intended to guide USAID-commissioned teams through the entire assessment process, from team recruitment and research design to data collection and reporting, while aligning with USAID's programming and utilization goals.
