The WPPL Assessment Framework aims to identify key barriers and opportunities to advancing WPPL that exist at the socio-cultural, institutional, and individual levels within focus countries. The findings are intended to guide program strategies, activity design, and allocation of resources aimed at advancing WPPL in Côte d’Ivoire. The assessment’s findings are derived from a desk review of relevant literature and USAID documents, a politician survey, key informant interviews (KIIs), and focus group discussions (FGDs) with politicians, civil society, and media in Abidjan, Abengourou, Bouaké, Gagnoa, Korhogo, and Man.
