This case study, developed by the USAID Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights and Governance, highlights the achievements of the USAID Civil Society + Pro Bono Activity, facilitated by the project’s use of such locally led development enabling tools as collaborating, learning, and adapting as well as network-based capacity strengthening.
