This brief provides a synthesis of research findings from LACLEARN’s Linking Workforce Development and Citizen Security Programming to Improve Outcomes activity. This research aimed to improve the understanding of and highlight evidence on the utility and purpose of workforce development in preventing youth crime and violence in LAC.
