Gender-Based Violence Impunity Regional Study: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico (LACLEARN)


This sub-regional study investigates factors driving GBV impunity, barriers to increasing GBV accountability, and solutions to address GBV in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. The goal of the report is to guide strategic USAID investments in programs to promote inclusive GBV accountability through survivor-centered recommendations for improved recovery support services, justice services, and prevention initiatives in northern Central America and Mexico.
