This report provides a synthesis of findings from LACLEARN's Empowering Stakeholders for Transformational Development in the DR activity. Completed in February 2024, LACLEARN supported USAID/DR and the GoDR to implement a
participatory and inclusive Partnership for Democratic Development (PDD) process to identify and refine key development challenges in democratic
governance.
