This analysis identifies and describes gender differences and the relevance of gender in the context of a Responsible Investment and Trade Activity (RITA) implementation. Given the importance of marginalized communities to the success of RITA, this document also considers the constraints, opportunities, and entry points for ensuring their participation in the Activity.
