In response to the U.S. Government Strategy for International Assistance on Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity 2019-2023 (APCCA Strategy), this implementation plan details the following: Governance and accountability mechanisms, cross-cutting collaborative focus areas; the system for monitoring and evaluating the APCCA Strategy, and efforts in communications and engagement.
